The purpose and intent of our podcasts are to educate, empower and engage doctors of chiropractic, chiropractic assistants and students of chiropractic. We will deliver a variety of powerful and practical information on how to attract endless new patients, build world class compliance and retention, run a more profitable business, assemble an all-star team, improve communication skills, cutting edge trends, leadership training and the mindset of success and service.

As a competitor, Leigh was a top nationally-ranked junior tennis player and a full scholarship athlete for the Big 10 championship Northwestern tennis team. Leigh’s background playing at the highest levels provides her with a sound foundation of the principles of performance enhancement and stress management. Because of this foundation, Leigh has the ability to help others execute in high-pressure situations and understands how to motivate top-tier individuals and groups.
Her passion for sports led her to a career as the tennis coach at Dartmouth College and at Northwestern University. While coaching at Northwestern, Leigh led the team to four Big Ten championships and the #3 ranking in the nation. She has over ten years of experience coaching individuals and teams to maximize success, enhance performance and develop the self-awareness to improve. As sports are a metaphor for life, Leigh helps her clients develop skills that apply to life including body awareness, concentration, overcoming fear and trusting intuition, thus facilitating clients to perform at their highest levels in work, in sport and in life.
Leigh received her Master’s degree in counseling psychology from Northwestern University. She believes in a client-centered approach thatprovides guidance, enlightenment and support to help clients grow. Her extensive training in Positive Psychology, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and her cognitive-behavioral approach provides Leigh with awealth of therapeutic options that allow her to offer an individualized program for each client.

Dr. Dan Murphy- The Neurology of Chiropractic and Health
Dr Murphy graduated magna cum laude from Western States Chiropractic College in 1978, and has more than 36 years of practice experience. He received his Diplomat in Chiropractic Orthopedics in 1986. Since 1982, Dan Murphy has served as part-time undergraduate faculty at Life Chiropractic College West, where he is currently teaching classes to seniors in the Management of Spinal Disorders.His academic rank at the college is that of Professor.

Simon Senzon loves to push the edge of Integral Theory. His passion for Integral connections and the possibilities for human evolution are fueled by his lifelong inspiration to bring more love, depth, and Spirit into the world. In the last decade, he has published fifteen peer-reviewed articles and four books, each applying Integral Theory in a myriad of ways. Best known for his Integral approach to the history and philosophy of chiropractic, Simon has also helped to pioneer an Integral approach to subtle energies, Integral Art education, Integral Biography, Health Care, the philosophy of medicine, and the new discipline of Reorganizational Healing developed by his mentor Dr. Donny Epstein. Simon’s latest series of articles applying Integral Methodological Pluralism to the philosophy of chiropractic were recently indexed in PubMed and represent one of the first attempts to systematically apply Integral Theory to a health profession.

He is the second only president of Life Chiropractic College West in California, USA, succeeding Dr Gerry Clum in 2011, and was the former President of the New Zealand College of Chiropractic from 2002-2011.
